Jason worked hard with his occupational and physical therapists Friday. For the first time he walked with crutches on a loop covering half of this floor. He also got to take a sitting-down shower for the first time and put on shorts and a t-shirt! His kidney appears to be more functional which is a real praise though he continues to require dialysis treatments.
Mike spent last night with Jason and Debbie went home to enjoy a night's sleep in her own bed.
They took Jason to dialysis late this morning. He's so tired of being uncomfortable and being in the hospital he wants to be in his own home for a few days.
Continue to pray for his kidney recovery, nerve recovery in his left foot and for patience as Jason feels he is getting better and just wants to go home.
I (Mike) enjoyed so much spending the night with Jason. We stayed up until 3;30am Saturday morning and had a really enjoyable time talking.
Thanks once again for all your prayers, encouragement and love for Jason and our family. Your love has been overwhelming.

Hi Jason,
Glad you are working hard on your physical and occupational therapy. Keep up the hard work! We continue to pray for you and your family and look forward to when you can go home to spend some time and also enjoy your Mom's great cooking! All HIS love, Aunt Lorna, Uncle Scott, Austin, Kyle, and Taylor
Jason,
Every morning when I get up and going I head for the computer to get an update on you. My heart hurts for you sometimes and other times it is just filled with praise for your improvement. I know you are in the center of God's will right now and with all the prayers being lifted for you there is no safer place. Sometimes God says, "Be still and know that I am God". Work hard at getting better, but be patient and listen to those doctors.
Love in Christ, Freida Rowland
